Keith Medley

Attorney M. Keith Medley, along with retired Judges Leslie G. Johnson and Deborah Bell Paseur, founded the law firm of Johnson, Paseur & Medley, LLC in 2010 after practicing over 13 years in two highly respected and recognized law firms in Huntsville and Florence, Alabama, and serving as managing partner since 2010. He draws on that experience to offer his clients throughout Alabama and other states representation regarding a variety of matters, from pre-suit disputes, through all phases of litigation, as well as mediation. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, significant truck accidents, worker's comp litigation, motor vehicle accidents, social security disability, and all probate matters, including wills and trusts.

Practicing for More Than 25 Years

Mr. Medley's background is not a typical one found for an attorney, as his career began as an electrician, both in construction and maintenance areas. He served an apprenticeship as a member of IBEW Local Union #558, which was from 1985-1989. He then worked as an electrician while completing his B.S. Degree and, in 1992, entered law school while working as a Facilities Director of a University. Mr. Medley graduated from law school and began his practice in the spring of 1996.
